On the first bell the pupils should make their way to the place of assembly in absolute silence.
After the interval/assembly as soon as the bell is sounded the students should make their way to their classes.
All the students have to come to school in full school uniform. One who is not in school uniform without logical reasons may be sent back to home.
Care has to be taken of all school property. Any damage to school property, walls, desks etc. including ink stains or scratches will have to be remedied at the cost of the offender.
Students who absent themselves from class or come late must have the reasons entered into the "Late Attendance Record" or "Leave Application Record".
No student shall leave the school during the school hours without the permission of the Principal.
No half day will be granted. In case of exigency parents have to collect the student from school. The student will not be sent with any relative without permission.
Every student must take part in school assembly, choral singing, physical Education classes, games, sports and all other extra-curricular activities even when these activities are held beyond the usual school hours with prior information.
The school will not be held responsible for personal goods lost in school. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles like expensive wrist watches, jewellery to school.
Enrolment In RK International implies willingness on the part of the students and guardians to comply with the requirements and regulations of the school.
Bringing mobiles, iPods, or any such electronic gadgets in school is strictly prohibited. Mobiles once confiscated will not be returned.
Attendance Rules
If a child is absent, the very aim of Public School Education is defeated. No leave of absence is granted except on written request by the guardians. Leave on flimsy grounds will not be allowed. Child who is ill should not be sent to school until he/she recovers fully.
Absence for 10 consecutive days after vacations and in the beginning of new academic session without application will lead to his/her name being struck off. Readmission, in such cases, may be possible only when seats are available and that too at the discretion of the Principal with all dues including re-admission charges.
Absence from Formative/Summative examination will be possible only on medical grounds. Those who absent themselves without prior sanction of leave during the Formative/Summative assessment their case will not be considered. Application for such leave should be accompanied by a medical certificate from a medical practitioner of repute.
Re-admission rights will be solely with the Principal only on payment of readmission charges.
